Long story short... we never looked at any other cars and ended up purchasing a Mini. I have never dealt with any sales person quite like John Monk...     "I cannot figure out why an oil change could take two and a half hours. I was a "waiter" as they described me on my reservation so they knew I was there. After one and three quater hour I asked my advisor thinking he did not know I was there even though I sat in his vision line ", how much longer". He stated he just needed the paper work and the car to be washed and we would be complete, ( I figured 5 minutes or so)' another half hour passed and I went back to the desk to request no car wash just get my car please.. He did a full overlook of the car initially to see if he could help me without it costing me any money. Then the car went through a full inspection and basically revealed $5000 in potential repairs I could be facing. This was awesome because it saved a first time buyer from getting in a bad spot.
