5.0"I had been looking at a few other vehicles in the days prior to my purchase and at least 3 different vehicles the day I purchased my Mini. In my heart, I knew I was going to get a Mini. I still looked at some other choices just to see what options were out there. My first and foremost factor in buying a car was the "visiblity" around the car from the inside. I want to see everything when I am driving. I was unimpressed with the visiblity on almost every car I test drove. Too many blind spots, not safe for my standards. In the Mini, it was clear that I was going to feel the safest, the visibilty was impeccable. There's a million other reasons I love my Mini, but this was the most important. I met Daniel Shoemake inside the showroom and it was like he was a longtime friend that I hadn't seen in a while, instead of a salesman. No pressure, listened to EVERYthing I asked, still no pressure, introduced me to several other employees, still no pressure, and answered my questions thoroughly. 3.5"The only issue I had is you leave the car and I had to call 7 hours later to see how progress was as we needed the car back. Called again at 5 and by then "almost done" and I had to drive daughter to job and go back with friend to get car then go BACK to pick up daughter. Very aggravating as assumed an hour's worth of service could have been done by 2 or 3 at latest. I realize we were not the only vehicle there, but it was me following up. Not Mini." 2.0"I am dissatisfied with the cost of service and with with time to service. I did bring my car in without an appt, the agent processed the order, took the car in, etc. I have a secondary warranty which wasn't responding well. The agent did not contact me with regard to that until mid day. This issue was not resolved until later in the afternoon. The repair was not completed on that day and was kept overnight. I did not know this was the case until after 4:00 PM in the day and had to arrange for my own transportation at that time. The repair related to a leak in the coolant overflow tank which ended up costing more than $650.00 to fix. The cost is way too high for the repair and the communication and turn time is not helpful."
