2020 MINI COOPER S CLUBMAN VS 2019 MINI COOPER CLUBMAN

SERVING BRENTWOOD, TN

For Nashville drivers who want to stand out on the road, it may be challenging to look past the MINI Clubman. The Clubman is a super-MINI model that has been inspiring drivers with its spunky capabilities and retro façade for many years. Our customers at MINI of Nashville commonly ask us about the updates that have been made to the 2020 MINI Clubman. While the 2019 and 2020 models are comparable in many ways, a detailed review reveals differences that you need to be aware of before you pick out your next car.

PERFORMANCE

From a performance perspective, the 2020 MINI Clubman is unchanged across its three trims. The Cooper S Clubman and Cooper S All4 Clubman are both outfitted with a TwinPower Turbo 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder engine that delivers 189 horsepower. If you choose to drive the John Cooper Works All4 Clubman for either model year, you can appreciate an updated 4-cylinder engine that generates 301 horsepower. At MINI of Nashville, we want our customers to head home in a new car that meets all of their unique needs and expectations, and we are happy to assist with a test drive of these two powertrain options soon.

APPEARANCE

The updates to the exterior design of the 2020 MINI Clubman are minimal, but they may stand out to you during a side-by-side comparison. Both model years have a retro look that the MINI Clubman is known for, but the 2020 Cooper S version has a mesh pattern embedded in the grille. Also, three exterior colors are introduced for the 2020 model year, and these are Enigmatic Black, Summer Red, and British Racing Green. The badging, LED headlights, LED fog lights, and the optional Union Jack design in the rear lights all have been revised.

FEATURES

The most significant update that has been made to the interior of the 2020 MINI Clubman is the update of the USB ports to USB-C ports. Throughout the interior and across the lengthy list of thoughtful safety features, you will find new, desired items from trim to trim. Some of these are a color media display screen, a panoramic sunroof with powered operation, a forward collision alert with emergency braking, Sensatec or leather upholstery, mounted functions on a leather-wrapped and 3-spoke steering wheel, keyless entry, a multi-zone automatic temperature control system, heated front seats, a blind spot sensor, smart device integration, and other equipment.

Across 2019 and 2020, you can find three trim levels that each have a unique appeal. At MINI of Nashville, we aim to connect each customer with a vehicle that is suited for their preferences.
